'Elvis To The Max'

- rocking Australia in 2005

'Elvis to The Max' is Back! - and touring Australia.

Read EIN's exclusive Interview with Max Pellicano here.

Melbourne, September 20th 2005.

One of the world’s very best Elvis impersonators Max Pellicano (right) is back in Australia for a 10 week tour. His first concert in Melbourne was described by fans as awesome. His voice was tremendous and the packed crowd of 700 truly felt the power of Elvis as Max’s performance blew the roof off the house! Max Pellicano has been regularly touring Australia since 1993, creating that Elvis magic that everyone sadly misses. Max’s tour also includes 3 performances next weekend at Sydney’s Star Casino. This tour also features a string orchestra & dancers.

Max kicked off his 2005 Australian tour at Melbourne’s Taylors Lakes to a packed showroom. The winner of Starstruck as “Elvis” (Anthony Petraccio) was there, as was John St Peters and a few other familiar faces. That special tension & Elvis magic was created as, every time ‘Elvis’ came on stage, he entered by coming down this grand stairway causing the audience to explode with the excitement. They way Max Pellicano captures the magnetism of Elvis is extraordinary. This must be because of his background as a trained actor and the way he has studied every little Elvis nuance. It is not just his fabulous voice but every inflection & move that makes you revel in the presence of The King. Presenting the three main phases of Elvis’ live career Max wore the Milton Berle Show outfit, black-leather suit and the Red Lion jumpsuit. There is nothing like a live dose of Elvis, so don’t miss out if he’s in your town.

Max will be performing 3 big shows at Star City Casino Sydney, Sept 30th, October 1st & 2nd, with a full orchestra & Las Vegas dancers.
