One of the most prolific authors in the Elvis world is Paul Lichter. Since the mid 1970s Paul has released more than 25 books and photobooks about Elvis. The Paul Lichter Photo Archives comprises more than 40,000 transparencies! In addition, a number of Paul's quality "coffee table" releases are highly sought after by collectors. In particular, hard-to-find titles like EP In Concert; Rebel Heart; Elvis Memories A Love Story; and Elvis Behind Closed Doors sell for a high price through dealers and on ebay. On eBay Millennium Elvis was listed with a start price of US$99.99 and Elvis Thank You Very Much with a start price of $124.99.

At the time of its release this was certainly one of the best, if not the best, of its kind.
